🔥🍕 From a roadside trailer to a full-scale kitchen—this is what building something over time looks like.
Back in 2015, Brick & Basil
@brickandbasilct started with a simple setup, brutal winter weather, and days where selling 10 pizzas felt like a win.
No shortcuts. No big launch. Just consistency, word-of-mouth, and a community that showed up.
As the seasons changed, so did the momentum.
What began as a one-person operation grew into something much bigger—powered by local support, a mobile wood-fired oven, and a commitment to giving back:
🚓 Police & fire
🎖️ Veterans
⚽ Youth sports
🎶 Local music & schools
After 10 years in that trailer, the vision became real.
Now, Brick & Basil has a permanent home—serving wood-fired pizza, cocktails, and a menu built from experience, patience, and craft.
This isn’t a reinvention. It’s an evolution.
