After grappling with the fact that this footage would most likely never see the light of day, I was honored to learn from my talented costar @msalexandraseal that the @appletv version of @housemaidmovie (for purchase) included a little extra scene entitled “The Tooth.”
What was originally designed to be the cold open flash forward of the film, the scene was eventually omitted from the theatrical version for various reasons… all of which were eloquently communicated by our wonderful director @paulfeig . Regardless, Mr. Feig, @lionsgate and the powers that be were gracious enough to include it in the “extras” section on digital, so here it is!
It was such a pleasure to work with so many talented cast and crew that brought this worldwide blockbuster to life. For those that supported me and my journey with this film, thank you! It means more than words can express that so many showed up to theaters and took the time to reach out. This scene is for you! 🫡🎬🥹

This one was particularly stressful having to drop everything on our Hawaiian vacation and quickly fly to Memphis… an undertaking that was only superseded by the 80 degree drop in temperature 🥶. But that’s what we do and it wouldn’t be possible without the support I have! Fast forward 9 months later and I’m back in Memphis reshooting the whole scene whilst watching Tyler do his best impression of Laurence Fishburne à la The Matrix. It was truly a pleasure watching him and so many other pros like @blitzkrieghawx unfold this beautifully chaotic fight scene right in front of my eyes (I stood back as to not damage the “goods” 💅😅)!
