This time of the year is typically when I spend my time away from the camera and back on the computer. It’s the time for all the backend work that no one sees. Over the last month I’ve been working away rebuilding my website and putting together my new video reel. This was never supposed to be the speech I was to write. It was supposed to be the speech at your wedding this fall(even though I hate public speaking, I was looking forward to it even though I sure didn’t act like it). We’ve been traveling around the globe, biking, skiing, surfing, exploring cultures all over, and showcasing our love for the outdoors through our YouTube channel. It was incredible to watch your career grow and see where it’s taken you. To be able to photograph it alongside you has truly been mind blowing.
The support that you’ve given me over the years in my career has been truly legendary and will never ever be forgotten. The amazing memories we’ve created will live on forever and I will always try to keep passing on the love you had for skiing, playing in the outdoors, and ‘doing more of what makes you happy. You were one of the most skilled athletes that I’ve ever seen and I look to continue to share it. I know I’ve always been a little more more tucked in my shell but you’ve helped me get out of that over the years.
I honestly could write an essay about all the amazing things we’ve done, the incredible person you were, the amount of hearts you’ve reached, and the amazing accomplishments you’ve achieved, but this is a struggle within itself. You’re a legend bru!
You were one of the best humans on this planet and it’s been an absolute pleasure to not only call you my best friend, but my brother. I love you man and I’ll see you on the other side. Yewww! 🖤

Over the last few days I’ve been getting out with my buddy, @dylan_allgor , around 3 AM to go create some images that I’ve been thinking about for over a year. After having knee surgery last year I wasn’t able to make this hike down to shoot this, so I had to wait an entire year to get out there. My plan is to turn this into a series with a few other locations planned. Expect a few more images over the next few days.
