From roast to pour, every cup starts long before it reaches the bar.
Roasted in-house, carefully dialed in, and crafted daily. Hereâs a glimpse of the process behind the coffee at Brewtus Roasting.
Fresh Espresso. Crisp Tonic.
The Espresso Tonic is one of those drinks that surprises people in the best way possible. Light, sparkling, slightly bitter, and incredibly refreshing, especially as the weather begins to warm up.
We layer crisp tonic water over ice and finish it with a carefully pulled shot of espresso for a drink thatâs balanced, smooth, and easy to come back to.
If you havenât tried one yet, this might be your sign.
Introducing our limited edition Pink Borbon Creation, now available at Brewtus Roasting.
Produced by MarĂa BelĂŠn DĂaz at Resinas Farm in Huila, Colombia, this coffee reflects the care, experimentation, and craftsmanship behind specialty coffee production.
In partnership with Forest Coffee, this Pink Borbon underwent a 24-hour pre-fermentation in cherry, a 36-hour fermentation in mucilage, and was sun-dried on raised beds for 15 days to develop its vibrant profile.
Expect notes of green apple, honey, and berries in a bright, expressive cup.
Walked into dbtreads in Troy expecting a coffee stop. Walked out having shopped the boutique, eyed the Yellow Corner Bakery case, and sipped one of the amazing drinks Iâve had this week. đ¸

⨠Coffee Walk & Talk â¨
Our next walk is coming up and I would absolutely love to see you there.
đ Friday, May 22
đ Meet at 12:00 PM
đ Brewtus Roasting
Weâll start at Brewtus and head out for a relaxed one-hour walk on the rail trail, then circle back for coffee, connection, and a little time to just be together.
This is open to everyone. Parents, grandparents, caregivers, and kids of all ages, from brand new babies to big kids.
Bring whatever works for you. Carriers, strollers, wagons, scooters, ride-ons. Come exactly as you are. Move at your own pace. Thereâs no right way to do this.
Some people come for the movement. Some come for the conversation. Some just need to get out of the house. All of it belongs here.
If youâve been thinking about coming, this is your sign. We would love to have you join us đ
What a beautiful day it was for our April Coffee Walk and Talk. A small but mighty group of lovely women and tiny humans.
It still amazes me how you all keep showing up to move your bodies with me. I never imagined this little idea of mine, to gather people with littles, would still be going two years later.
Thatâs right. Weâve completed 24 walks through sunshine, rain, clouds, snow, and ice.
I have always believed in the power of mental health walks. After having my daughter, I wanted to move my body and I craved connection. I had a feeling I wasnât alone.
So I used my brand new business to bring this idea to life. I shared it with Stephen, the owner of Brewtus, and he was immediately on board. I donât think either of us imagined there would be days when over 30 of us would fill the space.
The staff at Brewtus has always been incredibly kind and patient with us, our emotions, and our kiddos. I am so deeply grateful for the way youâve helped hold this space. A space where new mothers, often right on the edge, can come in, feel safe, and be met with openness, support, and care. A place where we can cry, laugh, and lean on each other.
To each of you who come, whether once or every month, thank you. Whether youâre a mother, father, parent, grandparent, or caregiver. The way you show up for each other, and for me, is something I will never take for granted. It truly brings me to tears to be surrounded by people like you.
Some days this walk is the reason someone makes it through.
No matter how long this walk continues, I will never forget what youâve created here together.
Weâre obsessed with the craft of roasting, and itâs amazing to see that passion reflected in your reviews. Whether youâre here for a cortado, a croissant, or a bag of our Espresso Blend, weâre committed to making every sip 5-star worthy.
đ Find us tucked away at 20 Hallwood Rd.

Before the cafe doors in Delmar, there was just a garage, a simple mission, and one very determined roaster. âď¸
In 2014, Stephen (@stephen_thee_roaster ) started roasting in his garage for one reason: he just wanted a better cup of coffee.
Fast forward through years of farmers markets and late nightsâthat same quality over everything obsession is exactly whatâs in your mug today. Heâs still the mind behind the roaster, just with a lot more caffeine and a much bigger machine.
What youâre tasting in your cup?
Thatâs Stephenâs obsession.
He doesn't just roast; he experiments. From hand-selecting every profile to palate-testing every single batch, heâs the reason your morning brew hits different. Heâs chasing the perfect roast so you donât have to.
Next time youâre in the shop, give him a wave! Heâs the reason we keep getting better, one bean at a time.
Nothing beats a fresh pour at Brewtus Roasting! ââ¨
Whether youâre catching up on work, meeting a friend, or just need a quiet moment to recharge, the atmosphere here is always just right. The aroma of freshly roasted beans and that perfect first sip make it the best part of the day.
If youâre in the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and stop by for a cup!
