My entire career , I have always gone above and beyond for every company Iāve worked for. Not because I had to, but because I genuinely love people, connection, hospitality, building something, and making others feel seen and important.
A brand becomes what people experience through the people representing it, and I always poured my whole heart into that. My personality, my energy⦠thatās what helped me thrive in the corporate world.
What feels so special now is getting to pour all of that into something thatās finally my own. Every drink handed through the window or passed across the counter is an opportunity to connect with someone, brighten their day, and create a moment that feels personal.
In my everyday life, I move a million miles a minute. Between corporate life, building this business, teaching dance, and everything else I juggle, being fully present is something Iām still learning to do better. But one thing I can always count on is that when Iām in the trailer or teaching dance, I slow down. It becomes my little pocket of peace.
For a few hours, I get to be present, connect with people, laugh with strangers who quickly donāt feel like strangers anymore, and represent something Iām proud of with my whole heart behind it.
Iāll be at the trailer all weekend and would love to see you. Come spend some time with me, connect, and get some amazing coffee in the process š“āļø
Open Saturday & Sunday from 9 AMā2 PM.
Canāt wait to see you š¤

⨠Meet the Founder of BrewKiniās Co. āØ
Iām from a small town in Ohio and moved to Tampa in 2016 to attend the University of Tampa, where I graduated in just three years.
After college, I moved to California with my partner at the time (military) and broke into medical sales ā a career that gave me confidence, discipline, and independence. After our split, I moved to Los Angeles, signed my first apartment solo, and truly discovered who I was. I fell in love with reading, dancing, the gym, and becoming the woman I always knew I could be.
Owning a home in LA felt impossible, so while visiting a friend in Tampa on vacation (2023) , I toured a house ājust to look.ā I gave an offer after seeing it for only 20 minutes, closed 30 days later from California, and didnāt see it again until I packed my life into a shipping container and moved myself back to Florida.
I feared losing dance when I moved ā instead, I found home. I immersed myself in the TPA dance community, became a teacher at two studios, and built an incredible group of strong, inspiring women.
Professionally, I spent nearly 5 years in medical device sales, eventually running a national dermatology division and selling technology that helps detect skin cancer while traveling across the country and the world.
But I wanted something of my own. After months of searching, I found a turnkey trailer, instantly saw the vision, and knew I wanted to build something rooted in community, hospitality, and heart. Coffee felt like the perfect way to make an impact turning someoneās morning around, one cup at a time.
What started as an idea in May became BrewKiniās Co in November. During the weeks leading up to opening, I was approached by a tech company that recognized my sales background and leadership experience. Accepting that role meant leaving a position where I was thriving and stepping into something completely new ā at the exact same time I was opening my own business. It was one of the hardest decisions Iāve ever made, but my intuition told me it was the right move.
Now I spend weekdays driving 60ā200 miles a day for work and weekends opening the trailer. Itās a grind ā but one Iām deeply grateful for.
First market in the books āļøšļø
Learned so much in one day and already excited to take it all into the next one.
We had the best time being out, connecting with the community, and meeting so many amazing people š¤

Thereās something really special about working hard at my 9ā5 while knowing itās helping fund a dream that means so much to me outside of it. āØš“
I push myself every day to be a top performer in my corporate career, but behind the scenes, so much of that hustle pours directly back into Brewkiniās Co.. Right now, weāre still small, growing, and in that stage where a lot still comes out of my own pocketā¦from upgrades, to supplies, to helping support and pay my amazing team.
So when a quarterly bonus hits? I get genuinely excited, because to me itās another opportunity to reinvest into this vision and continue building the little island oasis Iāve dreamed about creating. šŗāļø From patio upgrades, to palm trees, to creating a space where people can slow down, connect, and feel welcome⦠every little improvement means something to me.
Looking forward to the day Brewkiniās Co. fully funds itself, but until then, I wear both hats proudly. And honestly? It makes showing up to work every day feel even more meaningful knowing itās helping build something I truly love. š¤

Building BrewKiniās Co. around coffee and community ā two of my absolute favorite things ā has been one of the most fulfilling experiences om. Thereās something so special about creating a space where people can slow down, connect, laugh, and feel welcomed the moment they walk up to the window.
I couldnāt be more grateful for every person who has supported BrewKiniās Co., stopped by for a drink, shared a post, or believed in what Iām building. Youāre helping turn this dream into something real, and I truly feel so lucky to do what I love. āļø
