Short portrait film 'PROCESS' made for Photo Portrait Now, a partnership with the National Portrait Gallery and six universities, complimenting the original track for the Audio Project made by @morris.wijnen and myself. Audio is a project focusing on portraying three gen z music artists in different areas of the industry, within their musical practice, aiming to give a personal insight into the beginnings of how a song or performance or even a mix comes about. Keelan's practice as a DJ requires an understanding of tempo and transition, finding the perfect songs to interlink into what will make an event spark alive and keep the energy of the venue high. Ayallah's practice as a performer and vocalist requires a consistent level of commitment and confidence, as well as routine vocal exercises and rehearsal, making spaces such as her garden or bedroom a stage to release and grow her skills. Ashley's practice as a band member and guitarist requires depth in knowledge about his instrument and the ability to collaborate and harmonise with his fellow band members, doing studio Sessions and communicating endless ideas of where riffs and melodies will take them next.
