Video by @brettsilver Monster Mania Cherry Hill delivered an unforgettable horror experience on March 7 at the Hilton. The Monster Mania horror convention returned to the DoubleTree by Hilton Cherry Hill New Jersey for its signature weekend of terror turning the venue into the ultimate destination for horror fans across the Philadelphia and South Jersey area. Saturday March 7 shone as the standout day with a special Stranger Things celebration that brought massive energy to the entire event. Horror enthusiasts packed the halls of Monster Mania Con to meet an incredible lineup of celebrity guests including Bruce Dickinson, Skeet Ulrich, Elisabeth Shue, Thomas Jane, Rohan Campbell, Tom Savini, Stephen Williams, A. Michael Lerner, Ellen Lutter. Adding even more star power Linda Hamilton from the Terminator franchise and recent Stranger Things appearances joined the lineup alongside Michael Biehn and Edward Furlong. These iconic actors drew long lines at the horror convention as fans snapped photos and collected personalized autographs from legends of both classic and modern horror. #horrorcon #horror #autographs

Photos by @brettsilver The World Oddities Expo in Philadelphia 2026 transformed the Convention Center into a roaming cabinet of curiosities, packed wall to wall with people who proudly embrace the strange and unconventional. The main floor unfolded like a labyrinth of velvet-lined booths and glass cases filled with bones, where each corner introduced something even more unexpected: snarling taxidermy foxes, carefully mounted iridescent beetles, softly lit wet specimens, and handcrafted jewelry made from tiny polished bones. It felt less like a standard convention and more like stepping inside a living gallery curated by goths, artists, and passionate hobbyists who clearly love their craft. Between browsing sessions, attendees gathered around the stage and theater spaces where speakers explored topics ranging from ethical sourcing of remains to the evolution of bizarre medical devices, while sideshow-inspired performers kept a steady rhythm of gasps and uneasy laughter echoing through the room. Over at WOE Labs, workshops invited people to try their hand at taxidermy and insect pinning, turning visitors into creators for the day instead of just observers. Meanwhile, tattoo machines hummed constantly inside the Oddity Ink Parlour, where Villain Arts artists produced flash designs centered on skulls, serpents, and occult imagery. Despite its focus on skulls and preserved specimens, the overall vibe felt welcoming and community-driven, with vendors presenting their booths like miniature exhibits and attendees treating the weekend like a gathering of the beautifully bizarre. #oddities #weird #philadelphia

Photos by @brettsilver The World Oddities Expo in Philadelphia 2026 turned the Convention Center into a wandering cabinet of curiosities, packed shoulder to shoulder with people who proudly identify as strange and unusual. The main show floor felt like a maze of velvet-draped booths and bone-filled glass cases, where every turn revealed something weirder than the last: taxidermy foxes mid‑snarl, pinned iridescent beetles, wet specimens glowing under soft light, and jewelry made from tiny, polished bones. It was less like a typical convention and more like stepping into a living museum curated by goths, artists, and amateur scientists who clearly love what they do. Between shopping runs, people drifted to the stage and theater areas where presenters talked about everything from ethical sourcing of remains to the history of medical quack devices, while sideshow‑style performers kept a constant hum of gasps and nervous laughter in the background. Workshops at WOE Labs gave attendees a chance to try taxidermy and insect pinning themselves, turning the crowd from passive spectators into hands‑on makers for an afternoon. Tattoos buzzed nonstop in the Oddity Ink Parlour, where Villain Arts artists cranked out flash pieces themed around skulls, serpents, and occult symbols. The atmosphere was surprisingly warm and community‑driven for an event dedicated to skulls and preserved things, with vendors treating their tables like tiny galleries and attendees treating the whole weekend like a reunion of the beautifully weird. #oddities #weird #philadelphia
