2024 dumpy dump of random days in the life, just to say hello (and goodbye) :’) it was such a transformational year, in all the ways that mattered most 🦋 what’re ur 2025 feelz???

man oh man, there are so many noteworthy moments that lead to this one. happy to share that i’ve began the next leg of this ever-budding journey with thee visionary who lowkey (actually very very highkey, #iykyk) sparked it all in the first place! i vividly remember watching the premiere of @insecurehbo and being so enamored with how it felt like someone took my Spotify playlists, and plugged their songs into the backdrop of the most beautiful, reverent, and enticing scenes of black women living their everyday awkward, but full lives. We (aka me, myself, and I) discovered the world of Music Supervision and never turned back lolol starting at Disney was a dream, and my roots were definitely laid for forming a clearer stance on goal-setting & how to more intentionally show up and contribute to the spaces i enter. but now—joining dedicated folks on a collective mission to boldly create space and opportunity across the industry in an innovative manner..!??….a blessing I’m still tryna wrap my whole head around tbqhhhh lmaoo it’ll never not be wild experiencing God’s literal grace y’all. trust His process and go. get. it!!!! 🎶✨💡 & thank u to bby sis @_.shayshayy._ for editing the clip of me hopping on @hooraemedia Patreon a couple years ago to join a Zoom party line to ask Issa just one question per person 🤞🏾 Galatians 6:9

Let’s meet our Music Supervisor Bria Adams! @breefuh 🎶🎵🎶 A native of Douglasville, Georgia, Bria Adams is a creative, diligent, and forward-focused talent with a strong background in project management, planning, and coordinating. Upon graduating from Spelman College (@spelman_college ) with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Bria became a mentee of the inaugural cohort of She Is The Music’s (@sheisuofficial ) Connect TogetHER mentorship program. The experience led to her first and current role in entertainment as an Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of TV Music for Disney Television Studios. Actively building her career and expertise, Bria aims to champion artists by producing dynamic pairings between music and picture in serving as the Music Supervisor for independent short films like A Homecoming I’ll Remember (2021) and Finding JaMia’s Spirit (2024), with more special projects to come. wow. the time has come!!!!!!! ugh y’all, idek where to begin in capturing the words to describe this MONUMENTAL experience!! i guess i can start by saying that boyyy was it an undertaking 😭😂 and it’s crazy because it’s exactly what I prayed for. I literally remember my exact words to my boss when sharing where I wanted to go next in my role, and it was: “to be IN [studio recording] booths and ON [filming] sets”!!! I simply wanted to be closer to the how of it all, y’know? how do all the pieces of a show at this level come together? what are the steps one takes to recreate the musical identity of such an iconic story? HOW do we uphold the legacy of such precious Disney IP against the hard deadlines, opinions, AND within budget!!!???? Lolol, needless to say, my questions were allll definitely answered, and I could not be more proud of the work myself and sooo many others poured into this fantastic show 🥹🎉 dreams really do come true and i cant wait for everyone to see 💫 tune in on @abcnetwork and @disneyplus the next day!!! 🥀✨ #BeautyAndTheBeast30th #Pt1Post #tunein
