26/02/25 - 29/03/25 OPHELIA THINKS HARDER - FINGERLESS THEATRE @fingerlesstheatre @ KXT @kxt_bakehouse Today I look back on what we achieved over the last month. 5 Days of Line Learning 6 Days of Rehearsals 3 Days of Tech 4 Previews 11 Shows Being given this opportunity is something I will never forget and forever be grateful for. I have learnt more in this past month than an entire year out of drama school. There are so many people who I cannot thank enough, who I would not have been able to do this without. @margaret.thanos for believing that I could achieve this. @jadealexcein who truly deserved to be on that stage and instead guided me every step of the way regardless of everything else going on. @alexkendallrobson who worked tirelessly to block me into every scene and help me find where all the Shakespeare sat. The entire cast and crew who picked me up, supported, adjusted, ran lines, ran blocking, and put on an amazing show. @caitycowanart who let me in every day at stupid o'clock so I could continue working. These people shaped me over the last month and I feel so grateful and privileged to have been able to work with them all. This show was glorious and I feel so privileged to have been able to step in at the last minute and be a part of it. Congratulations to this entire team for a beautiful run of Jean Betts' 'Ophelia Thinks Harder'. I think it's always important to stay humble. And when your niece asks for Katy Perry to come to her birthday and you rock up ready to sing and she spends the entire party running away from you embarrassed, I think there's a good lesson in that.
