Hi everyone, we have an some important updates regarding shipping to Australia. 1. AUS Shipping Update We’ve experienced ongoing issues with AUSPost since the beginning of BTR, including missed scans, lost packages, and unreliable tracking. We briefly switched providers, but due to the U.S. tariff situation, most alternatives have suspended service, leaving AUSPost as one of the only available options. While domestic deliveries seem mostly unaffected, international orders are increasingly delayed or lost. Because of this, fulfillment and delivery for AUS order has slowed. If your tracking shows “pending” or “label created,” your order has been dropped off, but processing delays are out of our control. We’ve opened an investigation with AUSPost and will share updates as we receive them. It's been very frustrating for us as well and we are trying to find shipping alternatives. 2. Changes to AUS Flat Shipping AUS Flat Shipping is not going away, but it will now only be available DURING PREORDER PERIODS. Due to production delays and inconsistent shipment schedules, orders placed after items are in-hand have often been held for long periods. Moving forward, once items are in-hand, all orders will ship directly from the U.S. at standard international rates. 3. Currently In-Hand Items AUS Flat Shipping remains available until May 11th. After the 11th, all orders ship direct from the U.S. (higher cost). To help, we’ve applied discounts to most in-hand items available. We appreciate your patience and support as we work through this and continue searching for better long-term solutions. Another announcement regarding current shipping timelines and updates is coming next week
