This sandwich shop on Lorimer in Williamsburg is doing things that donāt make sense for a casual lunch spot. House-roasted porchetta, slow-braised short rib, roast turkey, chicken caprese, roast beef - all carved fresh. But the thing that gets me is the spreads. They develop every single one in house, and the flavor combinations are genuinely unhinged in the best way. š 485 Lorimer St

All their spreads are made in house and you can tell. The red pepper jam on the porchetta sandwich was insane!
They also might have one of the best breakfast sandwiches in the city with the bear. The pickled jalapeƱos plus hot honey were the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. I will definitely be returning!!
What we ordered:
-The porchetta with arugula, pickled red onion, provolone and red pepper jam
-The roast beef dip with horseradish crema, onion jam, Swiss, and a side of au jus
-The bear breakfast sandwich with 2 sausage patties, eggs, hot honey, pickled jalepeno, and munster
-The hash & eggs breakfast sandwich with corned beef hash, eggs, pickled red onion, and pepper jack
-Chocolate chip cookie
