wee bit sad to announce I’m putting bread by ben on hold for now. I can’t afford the big oven rn & baking for 7 hours/delivering for 4/5 hours every Friday is getting a bit long, will still bake here n there (no delivery unless ur Lichtenberg) and on the look for a new spot so will let u know if that changes 🥸 Thanks to all the lovely bread buyers I’ve absolutely loved it!!
I’m expanding the range a bit - baguettes and focaccia will be sold via stories as I’m scaling up and improving them! If popular I’ll add them to the subscription menu if you want a regular order
Yooo gluten morgen gang, the subscription starts in June! The idea is €15/month (less if out of town) for one sourdough a week on Fridays. Currently got all slots booked but I’ll still be making extra loaves and there’ll be gaps when people aren’t about so check stories for when bread’s going 😚 extra capacity/market stand coming in summer!!
