Creating & sharing your message should be fulfilling, impactful, and most of all… joyful. It doesn’t have to be something you dread or a space where you feel constant shame & frustration. Another posing workshop in the books! We love growing and flowing together at the studio 🌊 It was so much fun getting to work in an intimate group setting and getting to know more about everyone’s brands. If there’s anything we learn through these events, it’s the importance of being around other creatives who also show up for themselves. Artemis: goddess of the hunt and the moon ♡🏹🌔 This process taught me so much and was such a beautiful one at that. As a lifelong moon obsessed, space enamored girlieeee, I had the best time throwing myself into each detail of the new lunar flyby photos - all while listening to @nasaartemis live (!!!) I have always had a tendency get frustrated and anxious fixating over too many details when it comes to creative projects, but spending time on them here felt more like an act of tenderness and love. I think it’s the difference between being fueled by pressure/perfectionism and rooted in a genuine place of care. I love that a common theme of this mission has been the deep appreciation for earth, how truly special it is for us to be on this miraculous floating rock together as we uncover more about space. I was also so inspired listening to a room full of brilliant women in Mission Control over at @nasajohnson !!!! core memieeeeee for me. 📚🥹 how you create > what you create (@brbcreatingwell ) may we keep finding ways to experience beauty in the process! <3 P.S. shoutout to my good moon loving sis @arianagrande for putting me onto @nasa ‘s socials years ago!!!! brb creating well (together) ~ absolutely enlivened by artists & creatives coming together to make magic <3 one of my final sheds towards the end of snake year was also a shift. by the end of my saturn return i found myself identifying with an array of different things (haiiii fellow mani-gens 🥲) and realized there was one identity I really needed to (re)center…. B e i n g a creative. what’s more, i decided I’d allow myself to BE an artist - a title I never fully felt I worthy of. (because I have always held it in such high regard) but more on that later! ~ I am just so grateful to be surrounded beautiful, artistic beings that inspire me to create more. Who affirm the creative existence just by being unapologetically who they are, who follow their leadings, nurture their gifts and share them. ~ I’ve never felt so divinely appointed to something as I have with Create Well ~ something that’s been bubbling underground for the last year (and then some).
