It was a joy to spend a few days at the end of last year meeting the team, hopping in and out of the beautifully made Wild Hut Saunas and taking pictures.
@fieldfoodco have recently moved into a newly refurbished kitchen right in the heart of @barcombeorganic ’s nursery. I was lucky enough to come along and take some photos of the space, try some dishes and get to know Libby & Henry.
Henry told me the building hadn’t been restored since a German pilot hid out there some 70+ years ago. Seeing them cook and entertain in the setting of the produce they serve was inspiring.
