But also I’m out of my teen dystopian novel ass FiDi apartment so my mental health has immediately bounced back.
February marked the one year anniversary of my worst purchase ever. My 5 Charles spot is still busted because the building is fixing my unit but the engineers my co-op board hired know that the minimum-effort fix they requested isn’t actually feasible. It doesn’t address the underlying issues and might even put the workers at risk… so I’m never going to live there again. It’s going to be a long battle. I have lawyers working on it.
Anyways I’m in Brooklyn again, plus my new apartment has sunlight and no mold. We are SO BACK
