New acting headshots 🎬✨ I love how many layers we all carry - light, shadows, and a few little demons. No need to hide them. Embrace them. Thank you @ksuxaneu 💛 And you - which side of yourself do you get along with the most? 😈

Vikings Valhalla on Netflix July 11th⚔️ Final season ❤️‍🔥 It was a blessing to be part of the cast. To try my hand at an absolutely wonderful role. The people I met on this project were incredibly kind, talented, professional and of course we laughed a lot. And I’ll always be grateful for your trust @frankmoiselle It was a pleasure to get to know Ireland in this way💚 Don’t miss it!

When I first opened my BRAT STUDIO 💙I honestly struggled to understand what exactly my “product” was. That question confused me for a long time. What am I really giving people? How do I explain it? How do you describe something you can’t physically touch? Maybe because I’ve never thought only through business or marketing. I think through feelings, images, atmosphere, energy. My “product” isn’t something you can package beautifully and sell cheaply. It’s not about a perfect image. It’s about something much deeper. So instead of trying to perfectly explain everything, I simply started doing. Giving people everything I had — my vision, philosophy, experience, mistakes, pain, strength, love for art and for people. And only with time, through your messages, feedback and stories, I began realizing that people don’t come here only for acting. They come for the feeling of safety, support, confidence in themselves and their path, for a community where they can finally stop pretending to be the “perfect person.” Some people start speaking louder, some allow themselves to truly feel for the first time, some become braver, more open, more alive, some find friendships, and some finally find themselves. And I think that’s when I realized @brat.community had already become so much more than just an acting studio. It became a space about people, about freedom to be yourself, about honesty, connection, vulnerability, about reconnecting with your voice, your body, your heart, and your most authentic self. And maybe the most beautiful part of all of this is that you became my mirror and showed me something I couldn’t even fully put into words myself. ✨

PRO ACTING COURSE - UNMASKED 🎭 Most actors know how to play emotions. Few know how to stay truthful and alive in a scene. That’s exactly what we’ll work on in this course. Too often actors: — understand the scene intellectually, but don’t feel connected to it — push emotions instead of letting them happen — lose chemistry with their partner — feel “stuck” in self-tapes or on camera This course is about changing that. We’ll work on: — scene analysis — emotional truth — chemistry in scene work — presence on camera — truthful connection through techniques inspired by Stanislavski, Chekhov & Meisner It’s not about “performing better.” It’s about understanding how to truly live inside the moment. As a working actress myself, with upcoming film projects ahead, I also want to share what genuinely works in today’s industry — both creatively and professionally. 🎬 Guest industry professionals will join selected sessions for feedback and perspective. Course format: 5 sessions total — 3 in-person practical classes (May 10, 24 & 31) — 2 theory sessions (TBD) 📍 Downtown Toronto 🕒 Sundays | 3–6 PM Only 6 actors. Investment: $350 (payment plans available) If this speaks to you — DM me 🤍

Before they say Action — what I actually do (and what you can do before any moment that matters) Whether you’re stepping in front of a camera, walking into a job interview, giving a speech, or showing up to a hard conversation — this is how I prepare. In 30 seconds. 🔹1. Focus I’m taking my attention away from the camera, the crew, the noise around me. I’m narrowing my focus to one thing — this moment, this person, this place. -For you: put the phone down, step away from the crowd for a second, and land in the room you’re actually in. 🔹2. First lines I’m quietly running through how my scene opens. Just to feel where I’m entering from. -For you: what’s the first thing you’re going to say? Not a script — just your opening. Know it in your body, not just your head. 🔹3. Given circumstances I’m asking myself: where am I? who am I with? what just happened before this moment? -For you: remind yourself of the context. Why does this moment matter? Who are you doing this for? 🔹4. The Magic What If I’m asking — what if this were really happening to me, for real? I’m stopping the performance and starting to believe. -For you: stop trying to seem confident. Start actually caring about what you’re about to say. 🔹5. Breath I’m taking one slow exhale. I’m releasing my own tension and making space. -For you: just breathe out. Seriously. Everything shifts. 🔹6. Let the emotion move through the body I’m not thinking the feeling — I’m letting it land. In my chest, my throat, my hands, the way I’m standing. -For you: feel why this matters to you. Let that feeling be visible. That’s not weakness — that’s connection. In 30 seconds — alive, present, real. Stanislavski taught actors. But honestly? He was teaching humans.

One of my goals for this year — discipline 🎯 Sounds simple. But freelance, creativity and a night owl lifestyle have their own rules. My best ideas come after 10 PM. Projects, insights, flow state — all at night. And in the morning I need to show up fully — prepare for consultations, record content, run masterclasses. Holding that rhythm consistently — that’s the real inner work. I came to one simple system: one day — one focus + intentional reward after. Not perfect, but it works. Discipline isn’t about being rigid. It’s about respecting your own goals. How do you structure your work rhythm?

The feeling of “I’m not enough” is often heard before a person even speaks. It hides in the voice, the body, the eyes, and in how we take up space. But the truth is, you do not need to become someone else - you simply need to return to yourself and remember your worth.

Have you ever walked away from a conversation thinking — “why didn’t I say what I actually wanted to say?” Or stood in front of people and felt your voice just… disappear. Your thoughts scattered. Your body betrayed you. That’s not weakness. That’s not your personality. It’s simply a skill — that nobody ever taught you. This class is exactly about that. Not about “speaking correctly.” Not about technique for the sake of technique. But about finding your voice. And knowing how to use it. So people hear you. So people remember you. So you walk away from every conversation knowing — I said what I meant to say. 🗓 May 3rd, Sunday 🕑 2:30 — 5:30 PM 📍 25 Holly str, Toronto Spots are limited — DM me to join 💙
