Hey hey folks You ever been to a comedy show that had hip hop acts and a full ska band on a freaking Wednesday night? Probably never. So for the first time in most of your lives, come live this gem of an experience on WEDNESDAY 17 SEPTEMBER 2025 @ Phil Studio in GR.ID 1 Selegie Rd Put together by the wacky Hardcore Humour underground comedy brand and as part of the venue-partnered SELEGIE COMEDY SOCIETY concept night, this will be one hell of a show. Starting KEKEK hour (aka the LOL hour) we will have an array of standup comedians (announced closer to the date), some seasoned some emerging and hell who knows we could have a debutant or two! Then we head straight for the GELEK part of the show (aka the music phase) with the rugged rhymes of 16 Baris alumni BAZEEL as he retells his thoughts and reflections over some mean beats. @yungdirtybaztard We then segue into a joget jugular with the city state's freshest upbeat ska punk unit BRASS BASAH belting out tunes and tributes. Distinctly local they will make you skank the night away. @brassbasahsg Lastly the closing act will be visiting hip hop juggernauts DJ PAWS and BACILL hailing all the way from Jogja. Last weekend at 60-100 Bands Festival! From CAT 1 weather to program delays, we had to shorten our set from 6 songs to just 3. With our vocalist having to rush off for another gig, we were lucky to have @phunkybasstard and @sibehsindo jump in and help us close the set with pure spontaneity and good vibes.
