“I felt like I had to give myself permission to be bad at it before I could get good and, we’ve got to be bad at stuff before we can get good at it”. - Sam, England
Thank you @bransonsam for sharing your story 🌎
It might feel uncomfortable to ask your parents deep questions, but do you know what’s even more uncomfortable?
Not having a chance to ask them anymore.
Here are some questions I would ask my Dad.
1. If you could choose one day to re-live, which one would you choose?
2. To what extent do you see your parents back in me?
3. What’s something you wish you could have stressed less about?
4. What was a small moment that in hindsight feels meaningful, and why?
5. What are you most proud of in your life?
6. What was the hardest choice you ever had to make and how did it play out?
7. What do you wish you had said to your own parents before they were gone?
Try it, it might surprise you 🤍
We had the best time in New York launching our Strive Collective North East crew.
What started as a few gatherings is quickly turning into a global community of people coming together to connect, share, and challenge themselves in different ways. From hikes, runs and cold plunges, to conversations about life, business and everything in between, It’s less about the events, and more about the people and the energy they bring.
Our New York gathering was a perfect reflection of that. Sauna sessions with a Cirque du Soleil twist, ice plunges, honest conversations, and a great Q&A with founders and entrepreneurs. Also had the chance to sit down with Noah and be interviewed alongside one of the Strive community members, which felt pretty special.
Grateful to everyone who showed up and made it what it was. This is just the beginning 🤍
It’s been a month since Colours Bleed (For Mum) came out, and I’ve been feeling a lot of gratitude seeing the different ways it’s found its place in the world.
It’s amazing how something can keep evolving, even after you’ve let it go.
Grateful to @kim.ahonoukoun , grateful to friends, grateful to family, grateful for music and most of all, grateful for everyone out there listening. And again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. 🤍
Life responds to who you already are, not just what you ask for.
It’s not just about setting intentions or saying the right things. It’s about how you show up day to day.
The energy you carry, the way you treat people, the habits you build, the standards you hold yourself to.
That’s what shapes what comes back to you.

The Little Moments
I just woke from an afternoon nap…
and for a moment, she was there.
My mum.
Nothing extraordinary
just a few words, a feeling… a moment.
And it hit me…
what I wouldn’t give
for just one more.
Because life is really just a collection of little moments.
And when the people we love are gone,
we realise…
we would give anything
for just one more.
A hug.
A smile.
A laugh.
To hear their voice.
A simple phone call.
Even a message.
Anything.
So don’t miss them.
The small, ordinary moments.
That’s where life really is.
Because one day,
those little moments will be the ones you hold onto,
and you’ll realise that’s what made up the relationship you held so dear.
So maybe…
right now…
send a message.
make a call.
To someone you love.

100 years of the man who taught us to notice.
Happy birthday, Sir David Attenborough 🦋
A lifetime spent helping people slow down and really see the world around them. Not just its beauty, but its fragility, its scale, and the quiet way everything is connected.
For so many people, their first real sense of wonder about the natural world started here. Not in a classroom, but through a voice that made you feel like you were part of something much bigger.
The more time you spend in nature, the more you realise how much there is to protect. And for generations, that awareness has been shaped by the way he chose to tell these stories. With patience, with curiosity, and with a deep, unwavering respect for the planet.
Never loud, never forceful. Just consistent, thoughtful, and deeply human.
A rare kind of legacy. One that hasn’t just informed people, but changed how they see the world, and how they choose to live within it.
To dedicate a life to something greater than yourself, and to leave it better than you found it, is no small thing.
A true legend.
Grateful for the perspective, and everything he’s given the world 🌍
Towards the end of their lives, people were asked what they regretted most.
It wasn’t failure. It wasn’t getting things wrong.
It was holding back.
Not saying what they felt.
Not living in a way that felt true to them.
A quiet reminder to live a little more true to yourself, while you can. 🤍
I was taking a moment to sit, write and reflect as the sun started to dip over the horizon, and started thinking about how completely and utterly overwhelmed I am by the response to the release of Colours Bleed (For Mum).
It’s been a couple of weeks now, and I’m still trying to take it all in.
The messages, the stories, the way people have connected with the song… it’s honestly been more than I ever expected, and I don’t quite have the words for it.
Working with @kim.ahonoukoun on this has been such a special part of the whole journey, and I feel incredibly grateful for her and for everyone who helped shape this into what it became.
And to @danny_lafrombe , who I shared this process with in the studio… I’ll never forget those moments, and what we experienced while making this. I’m really grateful to you.
There’s something incredibly moving about sharing something that holds this much, and then seeing it find its way into other people’s lives.
To everyone who has listened, shared it, or reached out… thank you. Truly.
I feel it more than I can explain.
Big love 🤍 🙏🏻
