Sam, we would have been partying our asses off with you tonight. Ideally in Hawaii like we did for your 30th. It’s incomprehensible that youre not right here with us. Here are some sweet moments we had with you, and some i know you would have loved to be in the flesh for: birthdays, sleepovers, your sweet brother professing his love for you on stage… fucking Disneyland! I feel you with us when the kids are laughing.
Just crushed that we can’t reach over and hug you, or hear something hilarious come out of your mouth.
In the spirit of this wonderful human, everyone who knew him should do something kind for a stranger today. Sam is a beacon of light. spark a smile for someone in his honor 💔🥂
Happiest of birthdays to my beautiful man. This year has been profoundly awful with some brightness sprinkled over. I’m so proud of how he’s managed to work through the tears with vulnerability and grace. We cried, we laughed, and the world kept turning - wouldn’t want to be on this rock with anyone else. We’ve been dealing with some BIG feelings in our house lately - thankful BF @danieliwinery.ge (Queen of IG with a PHD in play) is here to support.
In addition, we’re supper grateful for all the resources and personal support on loss / children / grief we’ve gotten from Kristin and Deena at BLF, and we especially our amazing nanny Meaghan during this time.
