Excited to share that THE FAR LAND is finally out — the end of a thrilling and unexpected journey that started almost exactly four years ago today. The world has changed so much since I took a freighter to the edge of the Earth back in February of 2018 - I am grateful to live on a part of the planet where I‘ve been able to continue pursuing a creative career in arts and letters. Sometimes — oftentimes — it can feel like a culture of “no”, but there are these moments of “yes”, like having the opportunity to write this book, that make it so worthwhile. It is my wish that we further embrace and support each other’s creative pursuits — stories are what keep humanity alive, and what makes us human.
My book explores a series of impossible events that occurred some 200 years ago, and then, in a second timeline, their lasting effects on a small society of castaways today. It’s a swashbuckling adventure that becomes a journey into the mind; an exploration of the things we carry with us through our years. I sincerely hope you find the time to give it a read — promise you won’t be disappointed. 🙂
