People ask me how I do what I do with so many clients and only 24 hours in a day 😵💫😂
Here’s how I stay organised, creative, and consistent while managing multiple clients…
✴️ I have a mix of big clients with up to 10 individual accounts and some single-account businesses. Some clients I’ve had for over 4 years; some only stay for around 12 months as they’re start-ups and need support in the early days.
They all need different levels of social media or photography keeping things fresh and different.
✴️ Regardless of how busy I get, I always keep at least one day a week free for admin, content creating, idea building, and forward planning which I do from home.
Normally Monday’s & Fridays - I can always choose to slot something in then if I have time - normally @thecakespa 😝
✴️ Dedicated client days or set hours per week so I can fully focus on their business. I normally pop my headphones on!
✴️ All my clients are slightly seasonal, which means I know when it’s going to get busier or when I might have more free time. I try to balance my clients so they’re spread across different industries.
✴️ Daily + weekly to-do lists — every Sunday night, I map out my tasks for the week so each day is already planned. This keeps me organised, focused, and on track!
✴️ Bulk editing is a no for me. I try to edit some images every day rather than having hours and hours of work in one go.
✴️ Repurposing content — this is a big one!!! This ensures clients get the most value from every shoot. I’ll video and take images of most set-ups. One piece of content can be edited, reframed, and reused across platforms, saving time while staying consistent.
✴️ I push for on-site days with multiple things going on — the content can last for months.
✴️ Work your network - do some work for free. I rarely post on socials for work, I personally don’t use LinkedIn - as I don’t need to; my brilliant network of supporters continually finds me new clients.
✴️ And I make time for Pilates, a good sauna & steam room and my family. I plan some holidays years in advance so I have things to look forward to.

This time last week Jess & Dave were spending their last night together before their wedding day….
And what a blast we had… They were a total dream to work with, relaxed, genuine and super funny… The sun shone all day for them and they totally made the most of the beautifully grounds and outside setting at @whattonhouse

We had the ceremony, then while photos were being taken we had to turn the whole room around in record time… and we did it! 🤍
Seeing it all come together was such a special moment. The flowers, the long tables, and those beautiful blue skies through the glass roof made it feel so magical

Start with dishes like our Citrus Cured Salmon with dill yoghurt, the Chicken Caesar Schnitzel with anchovy & sourdough croute, or the rich Nduja Hake Brandade with fennel ketchup.
For mains, our new Chicken Supreme with ratatouille & basil dressing is already becoming a favourite, alongside the Duck Breast with cherry jus, beetroot ketchup & potato fondant 🤍
And of course, the classics are still here too… from our Boot Beer Pie to the Boot Beef Burger and Beer Battered Haddock.

After a lovely while on gardening leave, my husband wrapped up his time off work and is about to start with @bookercatering
So I treated him to a lovely last afternoon.
@theboat.restaurant was the perfect way to kick off May and celebrate his new job. Newly refurbished and reopening today, we were actually their very first customers through the door for their lunchtime sitting!
I won’t spoil it by sharing all the dishes, but we’d highly recommend a visit.
We had the chef’s table, which was perfect for having a nosey at everything going on in the kitchen…
