The great and lovely Paul Susi will be performing The Great Minotaur at Bramble Bash - both to move and entertain you, and to spread awareness about the issues facing our unhoused neighbors and what you can do to help.
Paul Susi is a writer, performer, social services professional, an educator, and an activist, born and raised in Portland, OR. A classically trained actor, he has toured an adaptation of the Iliad to prisons, theaters, schools, and other cultural spaces since 2018. He currently works as the Vendor Program Director for Street Roots, an award-winning newspaper sold by and featuring the writing of people experiencing poverty and homelessness.
“The Great Minotaur” is a living digression on homeless shelters, the inescapable labyrinth of immigrant identity, and confronting the monstrousness of being.
