Look at these smiling faces! It's the first day of the Edinburgh Bar Show '26, so if you're visiting Bramble over the coming days, things may be slightly different than what you're used to.

You've been asking, so we thought we'd treat you and let you know which of our beloved alumni will be gracing Bramble once more on Tuesday 14th April.
They will take to the bar and be serving a bespoke menu for one hour each, from 8pm! This will be accompanied by a menu of Bramble classics, available all night long. So you gotta get down quick, if you're planning on trying the whole menu!
