Built with purpose.
We built Kneuro with a human-first approach, meaning:
✔️ Adaptive, gait-sensing technology that responds as you move
✔️ Intuitive software with remote updates
✔️ Customizable programming to support you at every stage of mobility
Because the goal isn’t just a smarter knee—it’s a more confident user.
After 30 years as an amputee, Mia is still discovering what’s possible.
That’s what prosthetic technology should do: meet users where they are, support the life they want to live, and help them keep moving forward. (A beautiful exterior doesn’t hurt, either.)
Ask your clinician about coordinating a
Kneuro trial.
Between training for the Paralympics, fishing, and hiking with his dog, Fuzzy’s Kneuro sees a lot of action.
His protective cover goes on easily, keeps chalk and other debris out, and adds padding where he needs it most. 🦾
Ask your clinician about the Kneuro Protective Cover, available in four unique colorways.
A few more from last week’s policy forum 📸
As it turns out, building better technology is only part of the equation. The real challenge is the tangled web between the prescription, delivery, and reimbursement of a prosthetic or orthotic device.
Staying engaged in advocacy keeps us close to the realities that patients and clinicians face every day. Let's keep the conversation going beyond Limb Loss Awareness Month!
This week, we joined policymakers, industry leaders, and O&P users at the AOPA Policy Forum as a united voice for our community.
With a collective 157 meetings in the House and the Senate, it was a powerful example that together, we make an impact.

Most people know limb loss exists; fewer people know what living with it actually looks like.
That can mean facing social bias and infrastructure that wasn't built with you in mind, fighting insurance denials for devices that should be a given, and a gap between the care someone needs and what they can access.
It also means being part of a community that advocates loudly, shows up for each other, and pushes for a more equitable world.
This Limb Loss Awareness Month, we recognize that awareness is a starting point, but what comes after it is just as important. 🧡 What keeps you going when progress feels slow?
Today starts Limb Loss Limb Difference Awareness Month, and it just happens to also be #wearorangewednesday Hello from a rainy STL. As I’ve been on this limb loss journey for almost 34 years now, I can honestly say that I really don’t think much about having to put a leg on every morning to start my day. It’s really just part of my daily routine. But I can honestly say this is probably because of the amazing advancements in technology over these many years. It wasn’t always the case that I could just go about my day, without pain with every step, or getting tired easily, or being scared to take an unsteady step, or going out into the world with trepidation of not knowing how my prosthesis would function for me. Today, I am so grateful to have a device that allows me to live my life without any limitations. #llldam2026 #amputeelife #prosthesis #amputee @amputeecoalition@brainrobotics
Friendly reminder: Microprocessor knees aren’t just for highly active people—they support every stage of rehabilitation.
That’s why from day one, Kneuro was built for everyone from limited community ambulators to experienced prosthetic users.
Extension assist gets you moving with less effort, while stumble recovery builds confidence. As your needs change, so does your knee, with customizable settings to meet you where you are. 🤝

Big day at POA Florida! 🎉
Tina just received her first microprocessor knee, a Kneuro donated in partnership with @50_legs . After years on a mechanical knee, she’s experiencing the support, stability, and adaptivity of MPK technology.
Huge thanks to the @poa_orlando team for their clinical expertise and to 50 Legs for making moments like this possible.
