Broetry In Motion proudly sits on top of the last chapters I’ve written—literally and figuratively. Each book represents a different season: risk, reinvention, failure, faith, and a stubborn refusal to stay in one lane.
Here’s the part that doesn’t always make it into business conversations:
Creativity has been the unfair advantage.
Not just writing books—but thinking differently when others stay linear. Taking chances on ideas that don’t fit neatly into a spreadsheet. Finding connections where there aren’t supposed to be any. That’s where the breakthroughs live.
The same instinct that writes a poem, builds a story, or captures a moment… is the one that solves problems, leads teams, and drives growth.
We tend to separate “creative” from “professional.”
In my experience, that’s a mistake.
