What is a relaxed performance?
Relaxed performances are designed for families, young children, and anyone who would benefit from a chill atmosphere where the volume is a little lower, the lights are on dim, and where the din of kids, stimming, and people coming in and out of the room is A-ok.
Sensory adjustments: Sound is a bit lower, house lights are kept on dim.
Setup adjustments: We’ll have a kids’ area in one corner of the theatre.
Casual audience environment: A relaxed attitude toward noise and movement, allowing for things like stimming, vocalizations, fidgeting, and kids playing. The audience for this kind of show is louder than usual, allowing for kids and folks with special needs to enjoy the show, along with their adults and caregivers.
Flexible entry and exit: Audience members are welcome to enter and exit the theatre as needed.
Quieter space: The lobby will be a quieter space, great if people need a break.

Léonie Charlie Péloquin arrived safe and sound on November 29th at the Ode’imin Birth Centre. Everyone is happy and healthy as ever.
Thank you to our incredible families and community for such a supportive pregnancy and intro to her life. She’s coming into this world with one incredible village behind her.
