An update on the developments on the straight cut, short ratio, R154 gear sets we have been testing. We have installed quite a few for testing recently which have all yielded positive results . They have been installed in cars with power figures between 300-400kw, which have been used in both drift and street applications. Yesterday I tore one down to see how things look inside and well not a single issue. To add to further testing, the one displayed in the pictures is a jzx110 gearbox sporting a complete set 1-5 straight cut and short ratio. A note worthy difference this time is the material We have opted to upgrade the material to 4320 instead of the 8620 which we have previously used. Next on the list is developed these kits to work with early model R series boxes We are still in the testing and pricing phase but if any one has any questions/interest - feel free to reach out

Huge thanks to the commitee and all volunteers involved for giving us drifters another awesome event to let loose! We appreciate you! ❤️ I also want to take the chance to say thank you to everyone that has been involved in my drifting journey this year. From the amazing buisness's that have jumped on board to lend a hand and all the amazing people who have helped out the with car along the way. I appreciate each and everyone one of you. Thank you for all the help and support everyone has given me, I would not have been able to make alot of these events this year or have them run as smoothly with out the help from each and everyone of you.. It's makes me ecstatic to say i finally have some good news to share with you all. On saturday i tried my shot at the big entry comp, and i was able to snag a win! To some it may not seem like much, but to me it's a proof of result of all the hours grinding away in the shed on the cars, the mimimum 3+ hour journeys for every event, camping out at servos and sacrificing my time with family and friends due to always being commited to something drift related. So here's hoping this is the first of many posts that i get to share with you all on the success on our journey together. Massive thanks to the lads at @tyrepluswbool for handling all the tyres for the drift cars and my trailer. Cannot preach these legends enough, saved my but more than a few times! The R154 - great gearbox, but it's getting on time and has a few flaws. Upgrading the 1st gear thrust washer to ensure it doesn't crack/snap and upgrading the bearing retainer. Both these products are Australian made by Neat gearboxes Keen eyes will notice the straight cut gears, I'm doing a bit of product testing before we release a new product ;) #r154 #r154swap #r154transmission #jzx81 #jzx90 #jzx100

The JZ platform is certainly showing its age. To try and facilitate for the platform were now starting to stock both new OE replacement plugs for coils and injectors. Over the next few months we'll endeavour to stock more of a range of electrical connectors to suit the JZs /collections/connectors
