🤱 Just like any other muscle group, your pelvic floor can become overactive and tense after pregnancy, delivery, or daily stress. When these muscles stay “switched on” too much, it can lead to pain, urgency, and stiffness in your hips or lower back. Gentle release work helps restore balance, reduce discomfort, and support healthy pelvic floor function.
💡 Research shows that pelvic floor hypertonicity can contribute to pain, leakage, and functional problems (Morin et al., 2017).
This gentle routine focuses on: ✅ Releasing excess pelvic floor tension ✅ Improving comfort and mobility in hips + low back ✅ Supporting relaxation through breath-led movement ✅ Restoring healthy balance between relaxation + strength

Exs1: Happy Baby Pose – Opens hips and eases pelvic floor.
Exs2: Pelvic Floor Drop (Reverse Kegel) – Practice softening and letting go.
