SABASTIAN SAWE - LONDON MARATHON WINNER 🏆️
The 29-year old from Kenya has run the fastest marathon in history and become the first man to officially break the 2 hour barrier.
The great Eliud Kipchoge’s unofficial record from 2019 was 10 seconds slower and not in open competition. A team of rotating pacemakers was used to help him to his time.
This is just Sawe’s 4th marathon and he’s surpassed one of the biggest barriers in sport.

Jayson Hopper stands atop the men’s field at the 2026 French Throwdown, finishing the weekend with 554 points and an 87-point margin of victory over Moritz Fiebig 🇺🇸
The defending Crossfit Games champ, Hopper opened the competition with an Event 1 win, then back-to-back 2nd-place finishes, before claiming another victory in Event 4 💪
The battle for the remaining podium spots was far tighter. Moritz Fiebig secured 2nd overall with 467 points, just 1 point ahead of Nika Maisuradze in 3rd. Fiebig's highlight was a win in event 2, while Maisuradze stayed near the top of the leaderboard throughout the weekend.

Hugo Hugemark had a big weekend with 2x HYROX Men's Pro races in 2 days 🔥
On day 1 he took 2nd place overall in Barcelona 🇪🇸
Then he hopped on a plane to Incheon, South Korea and took 2nd place overall there as well! And it could very easily have been 1st - he missed top spot by just 4 seconds 🇰🇷

Luke Greer took the top spot in the Pro Men division at HYROX Barcelona 2026 with a 54:43. 🇬🇧
The British athlete dominated the running as usual, recording the fastest time on 6 of 8 splits.
Perhaps most significantly Luke's Wall Balls seem to be consistently closer to the 4-minute mark now.
