Please join us for the Opening Reception to celebrate our 2019 Members Show on Sunday, December 15th from 2:00-4:00 pm. This year we announced the theme "Inspired by the Greats" and invited our Members to submit 1-2 pieces in their chosen medium. Members were asked to complete the sentence: "Piece inspired by...." and answers were as varied as you might imagine - some answered with a particular artist's name or the title of a famous piece, others named their inspiration as an author or a song. TONIGHT, our monthly Open Mic Night is giving way to a special gathering organized by Mike Talbot, who for many years hosted Open Mic Nights at the Box. Doors open at 6:30 for It's an Open Mike Reunion at the Box with Mike Talbot with performances starting at 7:00.

It's like the Christmas Eve of events for us - it's the night before our favorite event of the year, our Holiday Makers Market at the Box. Who will we see there? With 35 artisan makers, plus a number of our Studio Artists participating, this is your opportunity to support local artists and shop with meaning. And, on Small Business Saturday, what better way for you to #ShopSmall? We've planned a fun day for you too - with live music on our stage all day. Werk It Food Truck and Forté Coffee will both be on hand, plus our full cash bar with all the libations (including our Bloody Mary bar). Just $5 admission! 10 am to 6 pm. Rest up dear ones. Jean Gast Memorial announced a $15,000 donation in memory of their mother. The family's stipulation was that the members of the community raise the funds to match their gift.
