The S2 Steeldriver is back! I introduced the S2 originally for folks who loved the stroke characteristics of the Steeldriver but wanted a less aggressive machine. I reengineered the standard Steeldriver and made it more adjustable and more versatile and did away with the S2 because there was seemingly no purpose for it any longer. Well as things go I’ve been using my S2 a whole lot again for needle on bar lining as well as black and gray shading, I’ve been loving it and didn’t want to keep it shelved. I made some tweeks and adjustments and wanted to offer it again. I’m always apprehensive with offering too many models that might make picking the right one difficult, I’m always happy to help if you reach out. This machine is for the artist that either use a lot of needle on bar setups for lining or uses primarily smaller groupings with carts. Someone who likes the machine speed to be faster without the force getting too hard. Black and gray artists and so forth. Both the Standard and the S2 have adjustability and versatility so neither are solely purpose built for these jobs, both are fully capable of doing it all just like the FTW. But if you’re looking for a more dialed in machine to suit how you tattoo then these differences can be important.
