With Go green fest this weekend at Fulham Palace, for Bovingdons “Go Green” is about embedding conscious choices into everything we do across food and beverage.
We have appointed Alex Donnelly-Palmer as our dedicated Impact Manager to lead sustainable initiatives and ensure environmentally responsible practices are fully embedded across our operations.
Alex is currently working towards achieving certification under the Sustainable Restaurant Association’s Food Made Good Standard. By the end of 2026, we aim to be fully certified, enabling us to implement meaningful improvements in how we work.
