As part of Bourne Group Ltd's investment in talented young people, we offer student placements and apprenticeships which help to build the next generation of construction professionals. As well as giving individuals the opportunity to expand their knowledge of the industry, their time at Bourne Group will also see their network of colleagues and friends grow.
We are delighted to congratulate one of our student placements, Ben, for successfully gaining a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in his degree course.
Ben joined Bourne Group Ltd for one year as part of his degree course and was offered the opportunity to continue working with us part-time after his placement year, whilst studying hard for his degree.

It's a Wrap! The Bourne Rail and Special Projects team have worked tirelessly through rain and shine to install an amazing architectural wrap to transform a utilitarian infrastructure into a major new landmark for Brent Cross.
‘Here we come, Here we rise and shine’ is the message and design of Royal Academy artist Lakwena Maciver – a 21 metre high and 52 metre long public artwork wrapped around a new primary substation. The façade’s four undulating bands, together with triangular-shaped ‘lenticular’ panels that have each of their outward facing surfaces treated with a different colour, create a kaleidoscopic visual effect. The structure uses low carbon, durable materials including re-purposed steel as part of the environmental sustainability solution. www.bournegroup.ltd
