Got an event on the horizon and need premium mixology and dining? Boulevard can help.
As a family company, shared dining is part of our story: someone taking charge with serving and food so good weāre all angling for the last bite. The menus we design for our wedding couples are no different. We do catering that ends in empty plates.
Take our most popular sharing mains for example, our chicken with garlic and rosemary new potatoes will get the whole table talking and connecting over food - ready to start your wedding menu journey? Get in touch today
Seasonal produce, consciously crafted, plated up beautifully - thatās Boulevard.
We love capturing colourful moments like this from our east-end kitchen š Spring is served!
We love a sharing starter board - picky bits, combining great flavours, and perfect if youāre looking for family-style dining that stimulates conversation.
Not to mention theyāre endlessly versatile and perfect for personalising to reflect your wedding. We love not only highlighting the personalities of our couples, but also the ingredients that are in season - making them as sustainable as possible while staying unique to you.
Beetroot often gets a bad rep but when treated properly it can transform dishes into something moreish. Roasted low, whipped into something silky, or cut sharp and raw and added to salads. We love beets as theyāre earthy, sweet and a little bit dramatic in colour.
Take for example our twist on the beef wellington (or should that be ābeetā wellington) - hearty, nourishing, and a perfect way to use UK-grown veg.
Spring has truly sprung for us at Boulevard - and weāre still thinking about this floral beauty we assembled in front of a live audience at @vam_east Storehousešø
The show-stopping Mille-feuille included crisp pastry layered with vanilla-cream, peaches and nectarines, finished with a thread of lemon verbena and edible flowers - optimistic seasonal eating with a performance twist.
