Shenanigans galore await in this year’s Han Solo Jazz competition at tomorrow’s Star Wars Night at @bostonswingcentral !
Come compete in this duel of the fates and become the chosen one with your solo jazz moves and lightsaber skills. The live music will start around 9pm, the competition around 10! Costumes encouraged!

This week at Boston Swing Central; it’s our yearly Star Wars Dance, taking place in May 8th, this, the Eighth Awakens!
We will also have our iconic Han Solo Jazz Battle about halfway through the night, which is free to enter, and you try to dance with a (plastic) lightsaber for the glory of the galaxy.
If that wasn’t enough, we have the amazing @eliserothmusic and her Harvard Squares playing live music for us all night long! If you love the music of @clubdross , you’ll know this is a rare treat to have her sing and play for us.
So grab your best star wars costume and join us at @epicballroom at 8pm!

The jam circle at the end of the night for @kindofabigdealweekend_lindyhop was awesome… my favorite moment was definitely when @rafaloffthelog and @turmanologie took to the floor! The two of them always know how to make magic happen together at any dance event they go to.
What you don’t see is me struggling to sing the verses for “long gone John “ fast enough to this tempo, which I realized a little too late was not quite gonna happen… But I don’t think anyone noticed with these two in the jam circle!
