The Blueberry Monster pancakes were fluffy, sweet, and loaded with blueberries without being too overwhelming. The buttermilk pancakes were classic, buttery, and honestly so comforting. We also got the steak & eggs, which was cooked perfectly medium rare and super satisfying, and the Holy Smoked Benedict was packed with flavor with the perfect smoky touch. And let’s talk about the $5 mimosas… such a steal 🍾 Between the delicious food, generous portions, fun brunch vibe, and friendly service, this spot is definitely worth checking out. 🍔 Rating Bosscat Kitchen’s Butter Burger! Episode 2 of the Smash or Pass series takes us to Bosscat and we are trying their double patty smash burger. From appearances, the patties look thicccc BUT I do have to say, they were crisp and tasty! I was def sold on the meatiness and flavors of the burger, I gave it a 5/5 over all rating. This burger is a standout for me, on their brunch menu it only costs $12! Everyone who has eaten with me knows I love my meat almost burnt, I also love a crispy thin burger patty on my smash burgers so this was a pleasant surprise for both Brian and I when I ended up LOVING it. Everything was balanced with nothing too overpowering standing out, which is what I appreciated. Nothing too crazy was happening with this burger and that lent to how wonderful it was because sometimes simple is better. I recently did a full review of Bosscat’s brunch menus if you would like to see it! Great prices, service, and vibe is a must for the perfect brunch ♥️ I want to shoutout our waitress, Dayton, for being so helpful and attentive during our dine in experience! ☀️ The perfect wake up call! Bosscat Kitchen & Libations is a perfect spot to get together any time of the day for the best vibes - but their brunch def takes the cake! With dishes under $20 and drinks between $5 - $7, the delicious menu options, and elevated vibe is sure to impress! I’m already planning our next visit with friends 🥹😅 Here’s what we got ~ I’m putting a star next to items I would order again! 🍳 Steak and Eggs ⭐️ YUM?! The sauce (I think it’s chimichurri) paired so well with the steak, it was tender and served with breakfast potatoes. This is good for one person! 🍳 Ham-azing Croissant ⭐️ Would get this again to share, the croissant was buttery and soft. The creamy cheese was divine! It’s HUGE!!! 🍳 Blueberry Monster ⭐️ Would order again to share! This is a Hawaiian Sweet Bread French toasted to perfection. Absolutely insane how much blueberries there are on this. I love it, I’m still thinking about it! 🍳 Butter Burger ⭐️ OKAY!!! Bosscat’s version of the double patty smashburger did not appear as a typical smashburger at first. But I could tell from the scent that the patties have been smashed and cooked to a nice, even crisp. Do you wanna know what I rate it?
