Working with local ceramicist Janna, from @shop.isiko , allowed us to create pieces that feel beautiful, imperfect, and made with our culture in mind. Supporting artists within our own community keeps our space human. It gives objects a story, and the proper frame for our food.

Bosforo is an educational kitchen. We study technique, we honor the hierarchy, and we believe that growth is the point. The line cook learns from the sous chef. The sous chef learns from the craft. The craft asks more of everyone.
