The box contains my three flavours inspired by my recent trip to the Isle of Spice, Grenada 🇬🇩
- Cocoa Tea. Nutmeg, Clove and Cinnamon spice chocolate
- Nutmeg Glazed. Inspired by the delicious nutmeg syrup made from the shell of the nutmeg, this is a Grenadian twist on our classic OG vanilla glazed.
- Sorrel Glazed. My favourite drink of the island and found all over the Caribbean and throughout the diaspora. Hibiscus infused with ginger, clove, nutmeg and allspice.

I’m incredibly proud to share that Borough 22 the little free-from bakery I started in my home kitchen in Greenwich, London’s 22 Borough will be popping up Selfridges Birmingham from 24 November 2025 to 4 January 2026.
And not just any pop-up…We’re rolling in Donnie, our Doughnut Tuk Tuk freshly wrapped and bringing all the vibes!
This moment means a lot. In October we won Free From Product of the Year at the Baking Industry Awards (still pinching myself!). And now we get to bring our award-winning, fully gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free FUN FULL doughnuts to a brand-new city.
When I started Borough 22, it was for my children both who had multiple food allergies. I wanted them to enjoy treats that were safe, joyful and uncompromising on taste and quality. I never imagined that one day I’d be parking a doughnut tuk tuk inside Selfridges Birmingham. Thank you to everyone who has supported us, believed in us, and cheered us on from Day 1.
Birmingham…. we can’t wait to meet you.
