The Chilitos Mexican brunch pop-up is back at Carp Sushi in Mount Pleasant and, if you didnāt already know, Iām a big fan!
In fact, Chef Alvaro makes my favourite tamales in town. I also happen to think his Chilaquiles are the best. š
