Once upon a time, Tesla Motors, when all they had was the model S, flew me out to Northern California, set me up with a convertible Camaro rental and interviewed me for a job for an entire day.
It was one of the weirdest work places I've ever been on and I've been through many factory floors representing the US government at the time.
Coincidentally, the manager that interviewed me was a Skydiver and I asked him how often does he jump. His answer: "I don't jump anymore, you won't have time to jump 🪂 with this job".
I could be swimming in millions at this very moment of my life had I decided to join the Tesla cult, cause that's exactly what it felt like I was about to sign up for during the entire day at that factory.
I flew back to Los Angeles and bought a convertible Camaro not long after. That's the one positive I got from that whole interview 😂
It doesn't matter how much money you throw at me, I'll place living this short life I have to it's fullest potential, in front of any "opportunity" that squanders that very valuable asset we can't just buy... Time ⏰
I do miss that hot red Camaro though 😜
The other life lesson so far is that making money and not being a dick or working for one is one of the hardest things to achieve in this world or at least in this country 😅

Every time I see Black, Latino, Asian, gay, or other minorities proudly drinking the MAGA Kool-Aid, I can’t help but wonder why?
Do some of us really think the rules being written won’t eventually apply to us too?

What’s even more ironic is that many people cheering for this so called “cleansing” believe they’ll be protected... that somehow they’re immune.
But when things start collapsing, when costs rise, opportunities shrink, and frustration grows, the people in power don’t blame themselves. They'll just find someone else to blame.
Look around. The mere cost of existing... the division, the anger...

Ran into this gem of a study. Immigrants, including illegal ones added 14.5 Trillion to our economy from 1994 to 2023 while Republican voters added $2 dollars for every $1 they spend to our national debt.
Meaning, if you deported all Republicans and kept the illegal immigrants, we wouldn't be in the shit storm we are right now as a country, wouldn't we?
Anyhow, before the civil war people raise their pitch forks. That's not what I'm suggesting 😅 I'm just saying... Stop spewing bs. Stop voting for the people that keep cutting education, healthcare and infrastructure only to make you more poor, less successful and more dependent on government subsidies. Or... you can keep blaming the libtards that actually fund your livelihoods or whatever is left of it and find out what happens.

My journey into house music began when I moved from Puerto Rico to Los Angeles at the age of 25. I moved into the home of two strangers who became my brothers. Thanx to Adam Rowe and Niles Plante I got to listen to some of the very best electronic music on this planet. Those two peeps also gifted me with something I will always be grateful for, sharing their friends and welcoming me to the underground music scene of Los Angeles.
Their very best friend who was one of the nicest, sassiest fish I've ever met was Dan Wherrett aka DJ Dan. I'm gonna stop myself from referring to Dan in past tense, because this man's musical jams will live until our time is done within all of us and everyone who loves him. I can't begin to describe the magical moments I've experienced listening to this fish slay a dance floor and destroy my feet from dancing for hours.
The last conversation we had was catching up on life and reassuring each other about the things that really mattered and work on letting go of any grudges we had with other people. This was followed by an invitation to camp with him at Love Burn in Miami but I wasn't able to attend unfortunately.
Today I received a phone call after I landed from a jump with news about his passing and all I was able to do after was walk around in circles. If you've ever listened to some dirty funky beats out of my boombox, that made your ass shake, it was likely the work of this fish, his two brothers or someone from our LA community whom all have been inspired by him in one way or another.
One of the only few turtles I made for Burning Man was for one of the best DJs I have ever met on this planet and I just found a video of him riding it on his street when I brought it over to him. That same night he made me this frickin sandwich that changed my whole perspective on making sandwiches cause the guy knows how to cook too 😂
Rest in power to one of the greatest musical magicians of my lifetime. Love you bro 🤘🏻
To every American soldier who is unfortunately being shipped to the middle East. You are NOT risking your life for your country. You are not serving the United States of America.
You are serving the interests of a man who's family has never served, in any capacity, our armed forces or this country to begin with.
There is nothing to be proud about laying your life down or taking the lives of people that have absolutely nothing to do with this country and it's dwindling freedom or whatever is left of it at this point.
Republicans are sending you to kill people across the globe so that they can fill their pockets and those of their donors. Democrats will do absolutely nothing about it because they'll just sit back and watch the fallout. That's so they can fill their own pockets and those of their donors when their time is up to do more of the same under a different pretense.
