- Open Water - Jetzt online. Link in der Bio. Durch „Open Water Schwimmen“ hat die 53 Jährige Nikki Pope ihre lange unentdeckte innere Stärke gefunden und möchte diese Erfahrung nun an Kinder mit diversen Beeinträchtigung weitergeben, indem Sie diese für eine Staffelüberquerung des Englischen Kanals vorbereitet. Ende 2021 haben wir mit Nikki gedreht. Wir waren uns gar nicht mehr sicher ob der Film wegen Corona überhaupt zustande kommen würde. Trotzdem sind @borgl.oh @mattis_schulte und ich mit Kamera, Ton und nem Plastiksack (unser Unterwassergehäuse) nach Manchester gereist. Als wir ankamen haben wir uns alle direkt in die Offenheit und Herzlichkeit der ganzen Familie verliebt. Für 6 Tage haben wir Nikki begleitet. Da Corona unsere ursprünglichen Pläne etwas durcheinander gebracht hat, haben wir vor Ort viel improvisiert und auch später im Schnitt viel umstellen müssen. Aber wie Nikki sagen würde haben wir den Film „Stroke by Stroke“ fertiggestellt und hatten die Ehre auf Festivals zu laufen und sogar Preise zu gewinnen. Umso mehr freuen wir uns, das Projekt endlich online veröffentlichen zu können! Liebe an alle die Mitgewirkt haben und das Projekt zu dem gemacht haben was es jetzt ist. Cycles - Klaus Sahm (Link in bio) Klaus dedicated this film to his brother André, who sadly passed away last year. Klaus: "We both enjoyed and continue to enjoy extreme emotions and adrenaline, so I wanted to capture something extreme, perhaps unusual, something that looks and feels surreal, while trying to express my disorientation. Being suspended several meters high in the air, upside down from a crane, did exactly that for me." When Klaus asked me if I wanted to help with the realization of this one-of-a-kind project, I didn't hesitate for long and together with the wonderful @jonas.nathanael.david I got this project off the ground.
