Record level illegal crossings along our Southern Border have given way to enforcement and accountability. When the law is enforced and consequences are real, the system works - and Border Patrol delivers.
Beneath the glow is a reinforced barrier providing our agents the tactical advantage they need to secure our border. The border is closed. ⛔

In a reckless gamble with their lives, 42 illegal aliens from the Dominican Republic, Haiti, and Ecuador braved treacherous waters crammed into a makeshift 35-foot vessel. USBP agents and partner agencies intercepted the vessel upon landfall, and the illegal aliens are now being processed for deportation.
Our borders are closed to illegal entry, and those who attempt this perilous crossing will be intercepted, apprehended, and deported. DON’T TAKE THE JOURNEY!
DANGEROUS SMUGGLING SCHEME: HIDDEN IN THE BELLY 🚨
Agents stopped a tractor cab pulling a belly dump trailer on Interstate 35 in Laredo, TX, as it attempted to bypass a USBP immigration checkpoint. What they uncovered was a desperate smuggling attempt: 19 illegal aliens, including an unaccompanied minor, concealed within the hollow “belly” of the trailer.
The driver was arrested and now faces alien smuggling charges, and the illegal aliens will be processed for deportation.
POLICE WEEK: HONORING TRADITION THROUGH EXCELLENCE
The U.S. Border Patrol’s Honor Guard and CBP ceremonial teams proudly showcased their professionalism, precision, and tradition that embody federal law enforcement service.
Among agencies from across the country, our personnel stood out through their commitment to excellence, earning top honors during this year’s Honor Guard Pipe & Drum Competition.
1st Place – Overall Band – CBP Combined Pipes
1st Place – Dress & Deportment – CBP Combined Pipes & Drums
2nd Place – Drill Team – USBP El Paso Sector
These achievements reflect more than competition results — they represent honor, discipline, and a steadfast commitment to remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice.
SHUTDOWN: STASH HOUSE OPERATION 🚨
What started as a single human smuggling event quickly turned into something bigger in Laredo, TX.
Agents followed leads to a location where seven more illegal aliens were being held.
A total of 8 illegal aliens from Guatemala, Mexico, and El Salvador are now in custody; each will face charges and deportation. Two smugglers were also arrested and are facing alien smuggling charges.
A self-admitted member of the La Empresa transnational criminal organization was apprehended after attempting to guide a group of five across the border illegally.
He now faces federal prosecution for alien smuggling, and the five individuals will also be charged with illegal entry. All will be deported.
Those who violate U.S. laws and threaten our communities will face the full weight of the law, followed by swift deportation. No exceptions.
Working alongside our law enforcement partners, USBP agents arrested three illegal aliens during a failed human smuggling attempt in a vehicle. This led law enforcement to a stash house near Laredo, TX, where an additional 15 illegal aliens were arrested.
The illegal aliens were reportedly held against their will, locked inside the stash house.
There is no safe haven. If you cross illegally, you will be arrested, prosecuted, and deported.
