From the beautiful Blenheim Palace setting to the joyful atmosphere, it was a privilege to cook dinner and be involved in such special cause @blenheimpalace

Smoky barbecue pork chops on the Big Green Egg cooked by @bootontom A simple dish, easy to recreate at home.
Pork chops and apples cooked on the cast iron searing grid, the apples taking on a subtle smoke before being chopped into chunky pieces and mixed with mustard and a touch of sugar.
Served with mushroom kebabs, finished with a pork glaze.

Taking the classic British roast and giving it a fresh spring lift — I’ve teamed up with @courvoisier to add a bit of fun from the first chop to the final pour.
We’re kicking things off with a bright Courvoisier & Ginger, then rounding things out with a rich, velvety Espresso Martini – my Dad’s favourite 😉
Big flavours, perfect serves and plenty to pass around the table.

Join us on Tuesday 24th March for a one-night-only chef exchange at Galvin La Chapelle.
We’re welcoming Tom Booton, former Head Chef of The Grill at The Dorchester, into our kitchen alongside our Executive Chef Arturo Granato.
Ahead of opening his first independent restaurant in 2026, Tom will collaborate on a special menu that brings together our refined Mediterranean flavours with his bold, modern British style.
