Coach @therealdaniellafferty graduates today ! He was our first intern and a huge help this year. The kids loved him and he was a huge part of all the upgrades this year. We wish him the best of luck and can’t wait for him to visit !
Year 3 Just Started! Reflecting on Year 2 we had a lot of success. We won our first team tournament at Good Fight. We had a lot of medals won at NAGA and Super Fight Wins. We now have 7 black belts training here. Lots of promotions to new belts and stripes. We also did a big renovation to add more mat space. We’ve added some new coaches like @therealdaniellafferty who has been a huge help with the kids program. 2026 will be our best year yet but we are thankful for our whole team/family!
Coach @niko_rod215 was promoted to Brown Belt last night. He’s put in a ton of work these last few years and has been beating black belts for a while now. He also has helped build our kids/teen program. We don’t promote easily and he earned this promotion. Can’t wait to see what’s next for Coach Nick

Great Day at NAGA last weekend for the team. Ended the day with 2 Golds 🥇, 13 Silver 🥈, and 1 🥉. Seperately since starting on Smoothcomp just over 2 years ago we now have gotten more then 100 medals 🥇🥈🥉
We finally completed taking the walls down and adding additional mat space. The plan will be to have more room for classes and also have the red mats for over flow. Just wanted to share some of the transitions of the last 3 years. In January it will be 3 years since we started the kids / teens program . This month was the 2 year anniversary of our adult program. Excited to show everyone the new layout and additional mat space. Thank you to all the members who spent Saturday / Sunday helping us build a bigger better gym for everyone !
