Hey y’all, Woodcraft went to BOOST! 🎉
Will Wong, Senior Director of Partner Relations, took us along for a Day in the Life at one of the largest gatherings of expanded learning professionals. From the buzzing exhibit hall to packed workshops, we soaked in big ideas, connected with many familiar faces, and met some incredible new ones. So much inspiration to fuel us for the rest of the year.
Now we’re back, and we’re bringing that same sunny energy straight to our programs!

Last week, Christine and Rachel made the most of their time at the Boost Collaborative conference. New ideas, new connections, and a whole lot of Boost magic!
I’m extremely thankful for Tia Quinn and the @boostcollaborative team. My third Boost has completed. Since my first #boostconference in 2024, attending with my @purejoyenrichment team, I knew this was the exact environment I needed in my life. That is why I decided to apply to be on the Leadership team.
I never knew I had a passion to connect with people. The space Tia created, has turned into my HAPPY place. She’s a Master of Cohesion.
When I tell you I give it EVERYTHING I have, I’m not playing. My goal is to impact as many people as possible and MAKE THEM FEEL SEEN, something I learned from my dad. Every person in that conference, is there because they are trying to learn or share as much as they can for some of the most important things on this planet, OUR YOUTH and OUR COMMUNITY. The Boost space is special ⭐️
Thank you for everyone who attended and thank you for everything you do. You all are important and one of a kind. Keep sharing your gifts to the world so our youth continue to be inspired.

At last week’s BOOST workshop, educators and expanded learning leaders didn’t just build hands-on projects — they also worked through a powerful “Program Translation Tool” to more consistently communicate what students do to the real-world skills they’re building.
The focus: making learning visible — and turning everyday activities into clear outcomes for students, schools, and programs.
