Matcha overnight oats! 🥣💚
Using my trusty Matcha Latte from @boost.mlt 🫶🏻
Matcha over-night oats:
- 4-5tbsp of rolled oats
- 2 tbsp of shredded coconut
- 1 scoop of Boost matcha latte
- 90ml almond milk
- 2tbsp of greek yogurt
- A hand-full of dried cranberries (alternatively you can add seeds or nuts)
- Additional toppings: 1 heaped tbsp of peanut butter, a sprinkle shredded coconut and a sprinkle of crushed pistachios
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Let it sit in the fridge overnight and add your preferred toppings
