Perhaps the most comforting meals
were the ones our mothers once served us.
This Mother’s Day,
bring her to the table.
We’ll take care of the rest.
Did you know Thai desserts go beyond mango sticky rice?
Black sticky rice dumplings,
filled with salted coconut sugar caramel freshly grated coconut,
served in warm coconut cream, gently scented with pandan.
The khao soi we remember most
is the one a friend from Lampang once cooked for us —
a bowl we shared, and never forgot.
Khao soi comes in many forms.
Some light and clear, others rich with coconut cream.
The one we chose is a Muslim-style khao soi,
deeply coconut-rich, served with house-pickled shallots.
Our curry spices are brought from Lampang —
as if you were sharing that same pot with us,
in our memory.
Have you ever missed someone who used to cook for you when you were young —
a dish you haven’t tasted in a long time,
until one phone call from overseas brings the memory back to life?
Southern Thai fish curry began that way.
We make our curry paste in-house, slowly simmered with rich coconut cream.
Grilled local fish, green banana,
finished with fragrant makrut lime leaves.
Squid Ink Fried Rice
Inspired by Southern Thai coastal cooking,
where fresh squid is gently stir-fried
until its natural ink melts into a deep, savoury sauce.
Rice is then folded in —
to carry every layer of flavour forward.
One of our most loved dishes.
