Singer- Songwriter Izzy Escobar brought her cinematic and raw vocals to EVAs NYC launch event last year ✨
Now she’s back with her new song, Evergreen Avenue on the Devil Wears Prada 2 official soundtrack!
Kenley Nelson has always been a fan first, and that’s exactly how she’s been shaping EVA’s brand. We’re proud to announce she has been named EVA’s Head of Marketing & PR!
Kenley has been leading EVA’s creative brand strategy, growth marketing, and entertainment positioning since 2022, with a deep understanding of the psychology behind what makes talent resonate, what drives bookings, and how entertainers and event planners experience the industry — shaping how EVA is positioned across both sides of the market.
Kenley has built our brand identity and voice from the ground up, leading B2B and B2C campaigns, crafting PR strategy, overseeing paid and organic social across every major platform, and developing the email, SEO, and content infrastructure that has been fueling our growth. She has been the person ensuring EVA’s story gets told the right way, to the right people, at the right time.
Her goal has always been the same: build something with passion that makes a difference — with the talent we support and the planners we serve.
If you’ve ever felt EVA’s energy, you’ve already met Kenley.

The best brand activations at Coachella weren’t just aesthetic. They were intentional, immersive and fan first.
With EVA, this is exactly the kind of experience we study, understand and bring to life. 🩷💙
At our monthly @smartmeetings and EVA curated event Letrainump brought his Southern roots and commanding voice, delivering a performance that felt like a full transformation. Raw, intentional, and impossible to ignore. Bringing his signature flair to every moment, he created a soundscape that embodied growth, energy, and the kind of presence you don’t just hear, you feel!
Some people talk about creating great experiences. Others have made a career doing it.
Aaron Sayre has been named EVA’s Head of Client Experience and Productions!
Aaron has been with EVA for five years, bringing with him a background as an accomplished event designer, producer, and business development leader with deep roots in the world of events and entertainment. He has directly designed and produced hundreds of corporate experiences — earning award nominations along the way — and his passion for music and live entertainment made him a natural fit for what we’re building here.
Over the last five years, Aaron has been the person ensuring that every EVA client interaction — from first conversation to final performance — is seamless, stress-free, and worth talking about. Whether working with seasoned buyers or first-timers navigating talent booking for the first time, his goal has always been the same: make it feel easy, and make it memorable.
This title reflects what Aaron has already been doing, and the expanded impact he’ll have as EVA continues to grow.
The best hires don’t just grow with the company — they grow the company.
We’re excited to announce that Warner Carpenter has been named EVA’s first Chief Technology Officer!
Warner has been with EVA for more than six years, the architect who has built our technology you use every day. Coming straight out of software school with a passion for problem-solving, and a performing musician himself, Warner has been a natural fit for what we are building. From the earliest days of the platform to the product that now serves thousands of event planners and entertainers nationwide, Warner has been the driving force behind our cutting-edge technology and scalability.
Warner stepping into this role is part of a broader evolution in our leadership. One more piece of the puzzle falling into place.
Congratulations, Warner!
