Her Majesty was Queen of the U.K from February 6, 1952, until her death on September 8, 2022. Her reign of 70 years and 214 days was the longest of any British monarch and the second-longest of any sovereign country's monarch.

Nigerian born artist, Victor Ehikhamenor @victorsozaboy has unveiled a new art piece titled āSTILL STANDINGā at St Paulās cathedral in London as part of 50 Monuments in 50 Voices @pantheonsstp , a partnership between @stpaulscathedrallondon and @history_of_art_york Marking the 125th anniversary of British forcesā notorious attack on the Kingdom of Benin and the subsequent unceremonious looting of the Benin Bronzes, āThe installation Still Standing was inspired by the resolute Oba Ovonramwen who was the reigning king of Benin Kingdom at the time of the expedition, but the artwork also memorializes the citizens and unknown gallant Benin soldiers who lost their lives in 1897 as well as the vibrant continuity of the kingdom till this day.ā.
