No idea what strain this is. Truly a mystery plant as no seeds were planted this year. Surprise plants are the best. 😀
🌍 was like, “here ya go, this one’s on me”
Experiment with your plants. Have fun, and push the limits of your knowledge thru experience. The wood was meant to keep the plant parallel to the base of which a mini-forrest type bonsai was expected to spell the name of her podcast.
Here are some tips that I’ve learned and I hope they help you. They’re pretty standard, but worth knowing.
* Start with a young plant. Young plants are more pliable and easier to train than older plants. Like a human.
* A sharp knife or shears when pruning will help to prevents the plant from becoming stressed. Hmm, not like a human.
* Be careful not to over-prune. Too much pruning can weaken the plant or even kill it. Try to take about 20% (good luck figuring 20% while high)
* Wire the branches gently. Too much pressure can damage the branches. Like a human, firm but nurturing.
* Repot the tree when the roots start to outgrow the pot. This is usually every 2-3 years. 1 plant year is like 9 human years. So at like 2yrs old, she’s 18 and ready to move out into a new house. Then when she’s 4, she’ll be 36 and ready for another new home. Like a human.
* Water accordingly, this is tricky and lots of info regarding this. It’s like a human, water it when it’s thirsty.
* Fertilize the tree regularly, following the instructions on the fertilizer label. It’s like a human, feed it when it’s hungry, but it eats a lot slower than you. So be patient, but diligent. *At her metabolism, you can eat almost 40 meals over the course of 12 days before she can eat just 1 meal.
* Place the tree in a location that receives bright, indirect sunlight. Avoid placing the tree in direct sunlight, as this can scorch the leaves. Or use grow lights. I keep the bonsai indoors to keep her from flowering.
* Be patient. It takes time and patience to train a bonsai tree. Do not expect to see results overnight. Not like a human, she eats slow, but grows fast.
Have fun. #cannabis #weed #420 #cannabiscommunity #marijuana #bonsai #cannabiseducation #cannabislifestyle #bonsaitree #cannabisbonsai #weedbonsai #weedbonsai #potbonsai #minnesotalegalized #mnlegalized
ndustrial hemp is a versatile plant that has many uses. The fibers from the hemp plant are very strong and durable, making them ideal for industrial applications. The seeds from the hemp plant are a good source of protein and oil, and they can be used to make food, cosmetics, and other products.
I believe that industrial hemp has the potential to be a major part of a sustainable future. For reasons I won’t go into, here are 7 quick examples:
Paper. Hemp paper is a strong and durable paper that can be used for a variety of purposes, including writing, printing, and packaging.
Textiles. Hemp fibers can be used to make a variety of textiles, including clothing, rope, and sails.
Biofuel. Hemp can be used to produce biofuel, which is a renewable source of energy.
Building materials. Hemp can be used to make a variety of building materials, including insulation, bricks, and mortar.
Food. Hemp seeds are a good source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. They can be eaten raw, cooked, or pressed for oil. But they smoke like shit.
Cosmetics. Hemp oil is a natural moisturizer that can be used in a variety of cosmetics, such as lotions, soaps, and shampoos.
Pet bedding. Hemp is a natural fiber that is hypoallergenic and resistant to mold and mildew. It is a good choice for pet bedding.
All that being said, I ripped his ass out of that bed so fast he didn’t know what to think.
A magnifying loupe with a light and a ruler built in, revealed the second set of leaves coming in right at the center. #cannabiscommunity #grower #seedlings #cannabis #weeding
This year I decided to let Mother Nature do what she does best and I tossed a handful of random seeds into a soil filled tote outdoors. It turns out to be the dumbest way to grow. 😂 😂 stay tuned for some educational lessons on what not to do. #ᴛʜᴄ #cbd #grow #outdoorgrow #seedlings #cannabiscommunity #420 #highsociety #maryjane
Saturn Return. Soon I shall expect spiritual and mental growth as a Saturn Return is in my midst. I have indeed entered the middle of my life expectancy, but I shall not experience a crisis, only growth. I am fortunate enough to have been graced with an incredibly strong support group of family and friends. We live in uncertain times, be safe. Stay strong.

Profile/Front. Black and white to showcase the core structure. Here the plant splits at the base creating the heart shape and then twisting together as supports for the main trunk. .
.
After a while the supporting side branches seem to reverse and the supports end up looking like stems off a main trunk spiraling up from nothing. .
.
This plant will be repotted into a 2 gallon cloth pot and be pushed thru to flower in an attempt to make room for all new clippings. .
After flower, it will be cut at the twist and the heart shape will be mounted in a shadow box. .

Saturn. The first God driven out of Greece. Eater of children. .
.
Saturn or Saturnus, often pictured holding a scythe, became more closely associated with the Greek god Cronus, the lord of the universe and the god who devoured his own children.
.
.
The god who ate his own children. .
.
Pictured here, Saturn dies a slow, and deforming death. Soon, the plant will die completely and end up as an art piece in a shadow box as an example of growth and possibilities. Aptly named “disillusioned ambition”. .
.
Some plants recovered well and have been growing stronger each day... and some just never pulled thru. .
.
Saturn is also know as the god of periodic renewal. At my age range Ive been experiencing Saturn Opposition. A time of growth and knowledge over the next 14 years as Saturn Returns is upon us Generation X.
.
Ultimately, ignorance led to its demise. .

This is an entire stem. It fits completely in my hand and look how dense the foliage. This could easily be corrected with some trimming but I’ve been curious to see how it turns out. .
.
It’s a lot going on in such a tiny space. None of the other plants are this dense. I have a feeling it has something to do with soil density as it was developing into a clone. As I’ve been growing more veggies (corn and squash) it’s obvious now that the plant structure is correlated with root structure. .

Leaf size, study. Both plants are from the same single seed. Clippings into clones. The taller plant is older. The smaller plant is broken. .
.
The smaller plant has larger leaves and longer stems. The taller plant has always been really bushy with small fan leaves. I don’t know why 🤷♂️ .
.
.
It might have something to do with soil compression. After understanding more, it would seem most of these are in soil that’s too loose. .
.
But then that wouldn’t explain why hydro plants look then way they do... so 🤷♂️ .
.
It could be that the plant is receiving enough light with a bunch of smaller fan leaves. It might be trying to get as much stimulation in more places, so it produced more smaller fan leaves. .
.
Maybe the smaller plant is putting more energy into fewer larger leaves to stimulate growth. 🤷♂️ .
